All cancellations or changes must be submitted via email to: sanaplus@dayclubyyc.com
- Within 24 hours of booking: Free cancellation or rescheduling.
- Between 24–48 hours after booking: 50% refund provided.
- Beyond 48 hours after booking: Non-refundable
- Delivery, setup, and orientation are included within 20 km of DayClub HQ
- A surcharge of $15 per 5 km applies beyond the included delivery zone.
